Below you will find the Lien Fee Schedule for Lien Pro or LP lien filing services for Builders Liens, Construction Liens, Condominium Caveats and lien services in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Ontario. Lien Fee is determined by type of lien and type of service.


Builders Lien Fee

Regular Service:
AB:         $305 + GST
SK:         $350 + GST
ON:        $545 + HST
NT:         $350 + GST
YK:         $350 + GST

Premium RUSH Service:
(For those claims within 6 days or less of the filing deadline)
AB:        $495 + GST
SK:        $525 + GST
ON:       $700 + HST
NT:        $525 + GST
YK:        $525 + GST

Discharge of Lien Fee:
AB:          $65 + GST
SK:          $70 + GST
ON:         $450 + HST
NT:          $70 + GST
YK:          $70 + GST

 

  


Business Intelligence Fee

Regular Service:

Rush Service:  
$495 + HST

Condominium Caveats
(only available in Alberta)

Regular Service:  
$245 + GST

Discharge:  
$65 + GST

Lien-Pro Lien Services

Service Charge:

Lien-Pro does not prepare the lien, but will assist you in having the lien prepared by a qualified solicitor at preferred lien fee rates, and we will take all possible steps to ensure your lien is filed at the Land Title Office within the time requirements. Lien Fee charges are comprised of a facilitation fee and the full cost of a qualified legal professional in the preparation and filing of your lien.
