Builder's Lien - When filing a builder’s lien speed and accuracy are critical.

In order to ensure you’re needs are met on time, there are a few things you could do to expedite the process:

  1. Have an exact address where the work was done.
  2. Have the full legal description of the property. For example: Lot 4, Block 17, Plan 072HS.
  3. Complete the credit card authorization form, sign it and fax the credit card and completed agreement to us to get started to the toll free number provided. Please ensure you provide your customers name on the credit card authorization form for each lien submitted.
  4. Provide the last day you or someone from your company was on the job site.
  5. Give us a brief description of the work or services provided on the property.

 

Garage Keepers’ LiensWhen filing a garage keeper’s lien speed and accuracy are critical.

In order to ensure you’re needs are met on time, there are a few things you could do to expedite the process:

  1. Have an exact name and address of the debtor.
  2. Have the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
  3. Have the year, make and model of the vehicle.

 

Caveats

  1. Have full name and mailing address of condo owner.
  2. Have an up to date statement of account.
  3. Have a legal description or copy of last title search.
