Builder's & Construction Lien - REGULAR Service
Builder’s liens and Construction liens: you are eligible to file a lien on a property if you have provided work, materials, services,orlabourto as part of an "improvement” to the land. Your lien rights begin as soon as you have first provided your services or materials to a job site.
Filing a lien lets both your customer and the property owner know you are serious about getting paid. Once a lien is registered, it will hold up the release of any funds (i.e. project draws) and it can prevent the sale or transfer of the property.
Lien-Pro’s REGULAR lien service is applicable to anyone within more than 7 days left in your lien filing period or if you have 7 days or less remaining in your lien deadline, your claim is considered RUSH. Processing times* for REGULAR claims – your lien will be filed within 3 business days from your submission date.
